As the Pacific Division Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting talented individuals at all levels to join our growing team. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Region Management in each of the Division’s seven regions to develop a full understanding of their business and staffing needs. Success in the role is measured by your ability to implement various recruiting strategies and develop relationships in your markets as well as with the business partners you serve.

The Successful Candidate Will . . .

  • Recruit and select Branch level and management candidates for Orkin’s Pacific Division (California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and New Mexico)
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop strategic sourcing strategies for each opportunity
  • Consistently build candidate pipelines for key positions that support the strategic business objectives of the branches
  • Screen resumes/applications of candidates to determine qualified applicants
  • Interview, select and present the best candidates to the Hiring Managers
  • Conduct reference checks, schedule pre-employment screens and follow-up on results
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent follow-up communication and timely feedback
  • Analyze the effectiveness of your recruiting processes by creating reports to review recruiting metrics
  • Travel to branch locations to evaluate and implement staffing strategies
  • Maintain and train Managers on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and “WHO” interview process
  • Assist in the execution of Talent Acquisition programs including social media initiatives, job fairs, open house events, internship programs, campus recruiting, etc.
