Western is seeking INSIDE SALES CENTER AGENTS to support our sales growth initiative in our corporate call center located in Covington, GA corporate call center office.  In this role, our sales agents are responsible for proactively contacting prospective customers by telephone, both inbound and outbound to evaluate their current pest situation and assist them in defining the appropriate plan of integrated pest management services.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving inbound and making outbound sales calls to prospective customers/clients
  • Presenting, proposing and selling the appropriate scope of pest management services
  • Scheduling client appointments for service 
  • Scheduling appointments for outside/field-based sales inspectors to meet with new business prospects/customers
  • Initiating outbound telemarketing calls to obtain new business appointments for our sales team
  • Closing new business inside sales
  • Providing backup administrative support and assisting with special account adjustments
  • Helping region/branch offices to meet budget goals by setting appointments for all outside/field based sales inspectors
