In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts to achieve customer satisfaction; and ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by soliciting past and new business.  There is a significant focus and responsibility for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts within the NYC territory/market to positively impact revenues. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 90% Sales; 10% Analytics
  • Achieves individual revenue goals
  • Generates data, analyzes, and owns actions on assigned industries/territories
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with assigned accounts
  • Conducts property site inspections.
  • Attends appropriate trade shows, organizes sales trips in local market & key feeder cities as directed by the Director of Sales & General Manager
  • Incorporates marketing opportunities into sales activities when applicable
  • Assists in completion of weekly / monthly reports
  • Utilizes CRM/Salesforce for updates and reporting
  • Is an active member in local industry associations,
  • Leverages relationships within competitive industry related brands 
  • Communicates industry trends with Director of Sales
  • Targets "Hit List" accounts for future use of hotel(s)
