As ar Customer Service Representative, you can expect to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service consistent with HomeTeam Pest Defense service standards and metrics
  • Provide information to Home Builders/Supervisors/Vendors on our products and installations
  • Print and distribute service tickets and graphs for the HomeTeam Builder Technicians / Installers
  • Execute regional and corporate reports
  • Schedule builder services and resolve accounting questions
  • Collect and reconcile payments received from Home Builders
  • Maintaining good customer and builder relationships
  • Escalating appropriate builder or cutomer inquiries to managers
  • Able to resolve customer inquiries timely and consistently
  • Communicate  often with Field Managers and Office Personnel about ongoing projects and daily tasks
