Our Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the Quality Assurance Team in their efforts of evaluating and maintaining company based service standards.  In addition, the QA Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Orkin Precision Protection Gold Medal (PPGM) program through the verification and final submission of all PPGM Sales Proposals, management of the InSite Customer Portal, and the development of specific programmatic reports.

The Opportunity: 

The successful Quality Assurance Coordinator will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the day to day operations of the PC /TC Quality Team to include:
    • The scheduling of all inspections; including Branch Operational Reviews, Branch Lite Reviews, Branch Follow-up Reviews and Precision Protection Gold Medal annual Assessments
    • Provide a weekly calendar of the QA Team’s activities
    • Provide a monthly list of assigned, completed, and incomplete PPGM Branch Manager Inspections to the Division and Region Teams
    • The purchasing of equipment and materials by the Rollins PC / TC team through the Rollins Marketplace
  • Management of the PPGM Final Sales, Initial service, and Inspection processes
    • Verification that all required forms, inspections, and pricing guidelines have been completed per company standards
    • Assist with the development of the final proposal for submission to the prospective client
    • Ensure that all new PPGM customers receive required regulatory material, including access to the InSite Customer Portal
    • Provide technical support to PPGM customers and Branches on the use of the InSite Customer Portal
  • Management of the Precision Protection Gold Medal Database in MS Access
    • Schedule, track, and record all required inspections within the database
    • Provide monthly reports showing the number of Required PPGM inspections due, completed, and incomplete
    • Record and manage all scores and manage a database of results from all PPGM inspections
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the Quality Review software platform
  • Assist in responses to questions from field locations
  • Assist all levels of management in understanding review process and procedures
