We are seeking a client-facing, professional Customer Service Representative with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer experience.  Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are crucial within our fast-paced service industry business.  The CSR is responsible for developing the relationships between our customers, service technicians, and operations.

This position would be located in our Pembroke, MA branch office.  If you are a collaborative partner with a strong work ethic, who enjoys providing support and assisting others; this may be the right fit for you.  

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Provide proactive & timely customer follow-up; resolving customer issues & concerns
  • Respond to service and sales inquiries & communicate to field operations  
  • Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
  • Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
  • Manage administrative requests and tasks
  • Prioritize, plan and complete special projects, and assignments
  • Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
  • Respond & follow-up on leads and referrals
  • Assist in scheduling of service routes & coordinating schedules
