Western is seeking INSIDE SALES CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to support our sales growth initiative in our new corporate call center located in Parsippany, NJ

The Inside Sales Agents are responsible for proactively engaging with prospective customers; both inbound and outbound, to evaluate their current pest situation and assist in defining the appropriate plan of integrated pest management services. To support our customers and field locations, we have relocated our full-service inside sales center to Parsippany that will operate as a dedicated team to increase inbound outbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, and enhance the customer service experience.  If you are aggressive and self-driven and enjoy a busy environment where you can utilize your excellent communication skills and inside sales experience, WE HAVE THE CAREER FOR YOU!!! 


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Closing new business through inside sales to achieve budgeted goals
  • Receiving inbound and making outbound sales calls to prospective customers/clients
  • Responding to internet leads to provide information and close potential new business opportunities
  • Presenting, proposing and selling the appropriate scope of pest management services
  • Helping region/branch offices meet budget goals by setting appointments for all outside sales inspectors
  • Scheduling client appointments for service 
  • Initiating outbound telemarketing calls to obtain new business appointments for our sales team
  • Providing backup administrative support to local branches and assisting with special account adjustments



  • Competitive Hourly Compensation starting at $18.00 per hour, plus an UNCAPPED Commission/Bonus Plan
